The Program

AutoTC (the "Program"), operated by Real Estate AI, LLC, is an AI-powered transaction coordination platform for licensed United States real estate agents. With consent, AutoTC sends transaction-related SMS — deadline reminders, document requests, e-signature follow-ups, and AI-assisted replies to inbound questions — on behalf of the licensed agent managing a real estate transaction. Messages are strictly transactional and are never marketing or promotional.

How to Opt In (Consent)

SMS consent is separate and optional. It is collected on its own — never as part of any other agreement, the Terms of Service, or a representation/listing agreement — and it is never a condition of creating an account, purchasing, or using AutoTC. There are two ways recipients opt in:

1. Real estate agents (account holders)

In account settings, you may turn on SMS by checking a dedicated, standalone box. It is unchecked by default, is independent of Terms of Service acceptance, and your account works fully whether or not you enable it:

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or using AutoTC. We record the date and time of your consent.

2. Transaction parties (buyers, sellers, co-agents, escrow, title, lenders, inspectors)

When an agent adds a transaction party, the agent confirms a standalone attestation: "I have this party's express consent to be contacted about this transaction by SMS at the number entered" — collected on its own, not bundled into any other agreement. The first message to any new recipient identifies the sender and the opt-out: "Sent via AutoTC on behalf of [Agent Name]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by the number and activity level of your open transactions — typically 5–20 SMS per week per active transaction (deadline reminders, document requests, signature follow-ups, and replies to inbound questions).

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. AutoTC does not charge for messages, but your wireless carrier may.

Opt-Out and Help

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. We send one confirmation and then suppress all further messages to that number. Reply START to resubscribe.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers.
